Graduating from Cortiva Institute (formally Arizona School of Massage Therapy) in May of 2019, I found the most amazing way to combine my love for sports and helping others through massage therapy. I have been privileged to work with some of the top professional athletes in football, basketball, hockey, baseball, Olympic shot putters and MMA. I have always believed everyone - in their own way - is an athlete and should recover like one.
My focus in modalities is more towards but not limited to sports massage, trigger point, deep tissue and certified through “Stretch to Win” facial stretching. The world of recovery is endless, I absolutely love being apart it and I am excited to join the Sports and Family Care Clinic team.
