I recently graduated from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts with a state massage license! I became interested in massage shortly after beginning my practice in yoga. Learning about the body’s anatomy and kinesiology. By doing yoga, it has helped me develop more body awareness and an understanding of how massage and chiropractic care leads to healing!
I’m passionate about people who take steps toward becoming the best version of themselves and I believe that starts with self care. I’m excited to facilitate healing and work alongside wonderful chiropractors and therapists at Sports and Family Care Clinic!
